MARVIS Solutions is an independent business specialising in providing support and services to individuals, communities and workforces. Jane Kirby, Member of the Chartered Management Institute, is the energy and driving force behind MARVIS Solutions.
Before setting up MARVIS Solutions, Jane worked within the third sector and specialised in supporting disabled people. Jane is a published business writer within the legal and regulatory markets and contributes to books, publications and web content. She has achieved accreditation in managing diversity and is currently working towards becoming BACP accredited.
The philosophy on which MARVIS Solutions is founded is "Tell me, and I will forget. Show me, and I may remember. Involve me, and I will understand". Confucius circa 450 B.C.
